3rrr Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 3rrr platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or downloading the app — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use 3rrr.

These terms form the complete agreement between you and 3rrr regarding your use of the platform. They apply alongside any game-specific rules, bonus terms and the Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement. Where there is a conflict between these general terms and a specific set of rules for a particular promotion or game, the specific rules take precedence for that promotion or game.

By using 3rrr you also confirm that you are not acting on behalf of another person and that all information you have provided during registration is accurate and up to date. 3rrr reserves the right to request proof of any information provided at any time.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 3rrr, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3rrr is strictly an adult platform and we take this requirement seriously.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, using your own identity and payment methods.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or agent of 3rrr, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from gaming platforms or subject to any restriction that would prevent you from using a platform of this nature.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested.

3rrr reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age and payment method at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings generated during an unverified period may be held until verification is complete.

Each person may hold only one active account on 3rrr. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

3 Account Rules

Account Access & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3rrr login credentials — your registered mobile number and password. All activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

You must not share your account details with any other person or allow anyone else to access or use your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 3rrr support immediately. 3rrr will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that could have been prevented by keeping your credentials secure.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 3rrr support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the withdrawal terms below.

3rrr reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reason to believe the account holder has breached these terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity or where account closure is necessary for security reasons. In such cases, 3rrr will retain any pending balances pending investigation.

Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. 3rrr will notify the account holder via their registered contact details before any inactivity-related action is taken. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 3rrr are made in PKR. The platform currently supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — deposit directly from your JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa — deposit via your Easypaisa account
• Raast — instant bank-to-platform transfer via Pakistan's interbank system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from any Pakistan bank account
• Debit/Credit Cards & Mobile Wallets — standard card payments where supported

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the deposit screen before you confirm any transaction. These limits may vary by payment method. 3rrr does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank for their applicable fees.

Deposits are generally credited to your 3rrr account in real time or within a few minutes. If a deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. 3rrr will investigate and resolve genuine payment issues but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods registered to another person is a breach of these terms. 3rrr may request proof of ownership of any payment method used.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If a withdrawal to the original method is not possible, 3rrr support will work with you to find an alternative verified method.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This means your identity, age and payment method must all have been confirmed. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held until the verification process is finished.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the withdrawal screen. Processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during business hours.
• Raast and bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• Card withdrawals are subject to the processing timelines of the card network and your issuing bank.

3rrr reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity has been detected. This may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements can be converted to withdrawable balance. See the Bonuses section below for full details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

3rrr offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit reload offers and event-based promotions tied to cricket season, PSL, T20 internationals and other major sporting events. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page and must be read before claiming any offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria for each specific offer.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.
• 3rrr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already in active use by a player.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns or any other method — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.

If you are unsure whether a specific betting strategy or playing pattern is permitted under a bonus offer, contact support before proceeding. It is always better to clarify in advance than to have a bonus voided after the fact.

7 Betting Rules

Betting on 3rrr covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, esports and other markets as available. The specific rules for each sport and market type are published within the betting section of the platform and should be read before placing any bet.

Bet Acceptance & Odds

All bets are subject to acceptance by 3rrr. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without giving a reason. Odds displayed are the odds at the time you submit your bet slip — if odds change before your bet is confirmed, the updated odds will be shown for your approval before the bet is placed.

Errors & Obvious Mistakes

If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a system error or human input mistake — for example, odds that are significantly higher than the true market value — 3rrr reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This applies even if the bet has already been settled. 3rrr will make reasonable efforts to identify and rectify such errors promptly.

In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are available for selected cricket and other events. In-play odds update in real time. There may be a brief delay between live game events and market updates — this is normal. Bets placed during a brief suspension of an in-play market will be void.

Match Abandonment & Postponement

If a match is abandoned, postponed or does not complete within the timeframe specified for that market, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific settlement rules for each sport are published within the betting rules section. Cricket markets have specific rules for rain interruptions, DLS calculations and shortened matches.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player and are displayed within the relevant betting market. These limits are set at 3rrr's discretion and may be adjusted for specific events or markets.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3rrr. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account under any identity or combination of identities.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players, or with individuals with inside information about sporting events, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of match fixing, spot fixing or use of information about the outcome of an event that is not publicly available at the time of betting.
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any pattern of play designed to exploit promotional offers rather than for genuine entertainment.
• Attempting to launder money or use 3rrr for any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 3rrr staff or other players in any communication channel.

3rrr works to maintain a fair and secure platform for all players. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 3rrr will take appropriate action including account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

9 Responsible Gaming

3rrr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting and gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If it stops being enjoyable, or starts affecting your finances, relationships or daily life, it is time to take a step back.

The following tools are available to all 3rrr players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders — receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will be honoured throughout the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks — periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net position in a session.

If you choose to self-exclude, you must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account. Any accounts opened by a self-excluded player will be closed and any balances returned.

10 Privacy & Data

3rrr collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration and use of the platform. This includes your name, date of birth, mobile number and payment information. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and communicate with you about your account.

3rrr does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processing partners (such as JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast) solely for the purpose of processing transactions. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3rrr platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 3rrr or its content licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or create derivative works from any content on 3rrr without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 3rrr's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content available through 3rrr is provided under licence from third-party game providers. Their terms and rules apply to those games in addition to these general terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

3rrr provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause the platform to be unavailable.

3rrr's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of any incident. 3rrr is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers or other parties outside 3rrr's direct control.
• Losses resulting from reliance on odds, statistics or information displayed on the platform that contains errors.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be legally excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 3rrr.

13 Changes to Terms

3rrr may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address, or through a notice displayed on the platform. The updated terms will show a revised "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of 3rrr after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any bets already placed before a terms change takes effect will be settled under the terms that were in place when those bets were placed.
